Theta Xi fosters leadership by embracing democratic principles. We provide numerous opportunities for brothers to grow within the chapter and develop valuable leadership skills. Through active participation in chapter governance, members learn to collaborate, problem-solve, and make informed decisions. This hands-on approach empowers individuals to take initiative, assume responsibility, and contribute meaningfully to the fraternity's success. Brothers also get an opportunity to meet Theta Xi's from all over the country.

Vredenburgh President's Academy
The purpose of VPA is to provide newly elected presidents with a high-quality leadership and educational experience that enhances their leadership skills and knowledge of chapter operations. Through collaboration with peers from across the Fraternity, VPA aims to cultivate a community of leaders who are committed to the Purpose of Theta Xi and who have successfully developed an action plan for their term as president.
Rising Stars Academy
The purpose of RSA is to provide newly initiated brothers with a high-quality personal leadership development experience that encourages future chapter leaders to explore their own identities. Through self-exploration, reflection, and a supportive and inclusive environment, RSA aims to encourage participants to:
Gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their values.
Cultivate a growth mindset to aid in their success in life—holistically.
Become better Brothers who can make a positive impact in their chapter, college, community, and country.
Newell Officer Academy
The purpose of Newell Officer Academy (NOA) is to equip chapter officers with the skills, resources, and knowledge necessary to successfully execute the responsibilities of their office. Through a comprehensive training experience that will enhance their leadership capabilities, NOA aims to empower chapter officers to confidently lead to the best of their abilities.
